The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tsunetski shoots in for a takedown but Lee shows good takedown defense.
Left hook, right uppercut from Lee.
Lee misses with a few strikes there.
Matoi Tsunetski seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
No luck for Tsunetski with that takedown attempt.
Lee misses with a two punch combination.
Tsunetski changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Lee tries to avoid it but Tsunetski manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Lee to the ground. Lee escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Lee tries to bum rush Tsunetski with a series of wild strikes but Tsunetski uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Tsunetski has eaten all the pies!
Tsunetski shoots in but Lee avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Lee stuffs the takedown attempt from Tsunetski. Tsunetski gets slowly back to his feet.
Lee lands a head shot.
Lee uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Tsunetski has time to react.
Lee stalks Tsunetski and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Tsunetski's face. Tsunetski staggers backwards, shaken.

It looks like Matoi Tsunetski has been cut.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Lee misses with a two punch combination.
Lee scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Lee lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Tsunetski shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Lee but Lee pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Tsunetski walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Tsunetski will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Tsunetski closes the distance and clinches up with Lee, looking for a takedown. Tsunetski pushes Lee against the cage but Lee circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Tsunetski dodges the punch combination from Lee.
Lee throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.

Lee moves into the clinch.
Tsunetski has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Lee avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Lee has picked Tsunetski up - he's going for a ride! Lee dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
Lee tries to stand and escape but Tsunetski is controlling the position.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Tsunetski is looking for a sweep. Lee is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Tsunetski has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Lee defend it? Tsunetski steps over the head and cranks it - Lee is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Tsunetski!
