Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Edgar Humperdink (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wong Fei Hung (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fei Hung has chosen On the General's Orders as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Fei Hung as Humperdink shoots in.
Fei Hung looks to land a body kick but Humperdink moved away.
Fei Hung circles away from the clinch attempt.
Humperdink looks frusrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Fei Hung walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Humperdink checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

Humperdink swats away the attempt to clinch by Fei Hung.

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Edgar Humperdink. That's going to take a lot out of him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Fei Hung throws and low kick but Humperdink moves out of range easily.

Wong Fei Hung seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Humperdink tries for a takedown but Fei Hung sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Humperdink fails to land the takedown.
Humperdink shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Fei Hung as he jumps to the side.

Humperdink changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Fei Hung looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Fei Hung manages to get back to half guard.
Fei Hung is controlling Humperdink's position as best he can from this difficult position.
Fei Hung is trying to stand back up but Humperdink is controlling him

Humperdink is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Humperdink is breathing heavily.
Fei Hung flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.

Fei Hung misses with some strikes from the bottom.
Humperdink tries to pass to full mount but Fei Hung defends it.
Fei Hung is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Humperdink prevents Fei Hung from standing back up.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Humperdink circles away from the clinch attempt.

Fei Hung clinches up with Humperdink and pushes him back against the cage.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Fei Hung takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Fei Hung is pressed up against the cage. Humperdink has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Fei Hung down to the mat. Fei Hung avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Humperdink looks to clinch
and Fei Hung counters with a straight right hand.

Humperdink is in a horrible position here. Fei Hung smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
The referee warns Humperdink that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

Humperdink tries to get to full guard but Fei Hung has control of the leg.

Fei Hung looking to control but Humperdink is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Fei Hung has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Humperdink's face.
Humperdink manages to regain half guard. Good work.

Fei Hung stands up and beckons Humperdink to join him on the feet.
Humperdink fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Humperdink shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

and Fei Hung counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Humperdink's guard now.

Humperdink is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Humperdink tries to land a sweep but no joy.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Wong Fei Hung dominated that round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Humperdink shoots in and drives through. Fei Hung sprawls well.
Fei Hung will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Humperdink takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Fei Hung misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Humperdink feints and as Fei Hung raises his hands in defense, Humperdink changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Humperdink drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Humperdink seems to have locked his on tight now - Fei Hung screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Humperdink, as he picks up the win!
