The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Cecil Peabody and Gwen Towbar.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Runt lands with a nice body punch.
Runt lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

It looks like Miroslav Belevich has been cut.
Belevich just misses with a punch to the body.
Runt connects with a jab.
The crowd cheers as Runt lands an impressive looking overhand right. Belevich doesn't seem phased though.
Runt scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Belevich lands a really nice looking cross but Runt seems unphased.

Belevich gets a clinch.
Belevich lands a left hand that snaps the head of Runt backwards.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Belevich breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Runt scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Runt lands a jab.

Runt tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Belevich was well out of range. Poor timing from Runt.
Runt takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Runt has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Belevich takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Runt uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Belevich has time to react.
Runt sizes up Belevich with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Miroslav Belevich's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.

Runt lands a big uppercut and Belevich crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Belevich looks OK. Runt waves Belevich back to his feet!

Belevich is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Belevich leaves his chin hanging out and Runt seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Belevich crumbles to the floor in a heap! The referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
