The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Quik looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Quik shoots in but Jurri avoids the takedown attempt easily.

It looked like Jurri was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Quik.

Quik tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Jurri manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

That was a close round but I would say that Kari Jurri will probably get the nod.

Well Quik has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
