The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jab by McGarrison.
McGarrison throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Dangle fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
McGarrison fails with the takedown.

Dangle fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with McGarrison, pushing him back against the cage.
McGarrison goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Dangle misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from McGarrison.
Dangle lands an elbow that stopped McGarrison in his tracks for a moment.

McGarrison gets a nice trip takedown into half guard.

McGarrison is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Dangle is just riding it out for now. McGarrison eventually gives up the hold.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
McGarrison passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Dangle!
Dangle is trying to get back to his feet but can't.

He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Dangle looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by McGarrison! Submission of the night perhaps?
