Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lyoto Liddell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Darren Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Liddell comes to the cage accompanied by Go Ninja- Vanilla Ice. Smith has chosen ''More Human Than Human'' by White Zombie as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Liddell swings for the body but Smith moves out of range.
Liddell looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Liddell pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

Smith closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Liddell has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Liddell and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
