Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Lucas Faria (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tim Traveler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Traveler comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Push It To The Limit kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Lucas Faria has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Traveler throws a body punch but Faria moves out of range.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Faria steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Traveler.
Traveler darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Traveler chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Faria can pounce on him.
Faria uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Traveler.
Faria throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Traveler is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Faria.

Traveler fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Faria sprawls well initially but Traveler persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Nice strikes from Traveler there.
Traveler content to control rather than advance.
Let's hope that Traveler has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Traveler tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Faria was well out of range. Poor timing from Traveler.

and Traveler cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Lucas Faria is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Traveler lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Faria is looking to close the distance but Traveler sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Faria crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Faria is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
