Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Podryv Ustoev!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Sylus Kilmister!
The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Valeri Chadov and Konstantin Menshow.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice takedown defense from Kilmister. No joy for Ustoev on that attempt.

Ustoev has taken the fight to the clinch.

Kilmister has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Ustoev clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
Ustoev looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment.
Ustoev really must keep his cool here. He's controlling one of Kilmister's hands and whilst he does that, he's got a chance of escaping the position.

Ustoev turns into Kilmister and is now in his guard.
Ustoev wants to control from the top but Kilmister keeps moving.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Ustoev tries to close the distance and clinch but Kilmister swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Ustoev wants to clinch up but Kilmister keeps it at a distance.

Ustoev gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.

That was a close round but I would say that Podryv Ustoev will probably get the nod.

Kilmister has taken the fight to the clinch.

Sylus Kilmister showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!


Kilmister misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Kilmister bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Ustoev sneaks back into half guard.
Ustoev is trying to control but can't.

Ustoev looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Kilmister postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.

Ustoev utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Ustoev is looking to sinch up a triangle. Kilmister throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Ustoev's body to avoid the submission. Ustoev has instead reached around Kilmister's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Ustoev arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
