The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Fitzgerald as Al Kroati shoots in.
Fitzgerald misses with a shot to the body
and Al Kroati counters with a one-two to the body.
Al Kroati tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Fitzgerald manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
A head kick misses from Al Kroati.
Fitzgerald lands with a right hand.
Fitzgerald lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
A right-left combo lands from Al Kroati.
Fitzgerald keeps the fight on the outside.

and Al Kroati counters with a three punch combo that has Fitzgerald backing up. Fitzgerald nods at Al Kroati to acknowledge the strikes.
