Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Herman Green (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Felix Rios (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Green comes to the cage accompanied by Nirvana - Aneurysm. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rios decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Green missing with punches from the bottom.
Rios not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Rios trying to control from half guard but Green is working away.

Rios is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Rios is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Rios stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Green swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Rios throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Green throws a right and a left that Rios avoids nicely.
Rios has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Rios throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Green.

Rios bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Rios wants to control but Green is keeping him busy.

Rios is working to tighten is grip on Green's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Green has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Rios is really squeezing tight and eventually Green passes out! Rios breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
