Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Curtisis Nailor!
The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Columbo Gatti and Anthony Taglia.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nailor tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Villegas swivels and escapes.
Villegas works over Nailor's head and body with a nice combination.
Villegas throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Nailor misses the shot to the body.
Nailor shoots for a double leg takedown but Villegas sprawls well. He's pushed Nailor's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Villegas works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Villegas throws a head kick but Nailor moves out of range.
Villegas could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

and Villegas counters with a big head kick but Nailor shrugs it off.
Glen Villegas has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Curtisis Nailor.

A frustrated look appears on Villegas's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Nailor keeps control of Villegas as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Nailor is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Villegas can't fight it off and eventually Nailor manages to take the fight to the floor. Villegas looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Nailor is staying tight to Villegas's torso, preventing him from escaping.

Nailor has hold of Villegas's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Villegas tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Nailor cranks the arm and Villegas screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Villegas, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Curtisis Nailor!
Glen Villegas was interviewed post fight and said 'its ok that i lost this fight atleast i give my 110% to this fight . my opponent is tough RESPECT for him. till next time folks goodnight.'.
