Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Corky Thatcher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bob Marley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Thatcher kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is I am the Ultimate. Thatcher has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Marley throws a big overhand right that connects, sending Thatcher tumbling to the canvas!

Corky Thatcher's cut is getting worse.
Thatcher is breathing heavily.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Marley connects with a nice short shot to Thatcher's temple.

Corky Thatcher's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Thatcher tries to kick Marley off but Marley keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Marley passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Thatcher!

Thatcher is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.

Let's hope that Marley has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Despite being in the dominant position, Bob Marley just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Marley cracks Thatcher with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Thatcher looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Marley finish him?

Thatcher is rocked!

Jeez, Corky Thatcher's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Corky Thatcher's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
