Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Eldon Pacheco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Drunk Felldown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Eldon Pacheco has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Eldon Pacheco!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Drunk Felldown !
The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Patrick Alders and Wagner Zegers.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pacheco doesn't manage to clinch there - Felldown circles away.

Felldown gets a double leg takedown into Pacheco's guard.
Felldown really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Pacheco. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Felldown is looking to advance position but Pacheco has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Felldown really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Felldown is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Felldown wants to hold on but Pacheco pushes him away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Pacheco goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Felldown turns into him and now he's in Pacheco's guard.
Felldown 's corner is telling him to maintain position.

Pacheco wriggles free and stands up.
Pacheco stuffs the takedown attempt from Felldown . Felldown gets slowly back to his feet.
Pacheco could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Pacheco leaves Felldown with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Pacheco is looking to clinch but Felldown is avoiding it.

Felldown moves into the clinch.

Felldown breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Pacheco gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Felldown to score an easy takedown into full guard.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Pacheco is on top in guard.

Pacheco might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Pacheco stands and steps away. Felldown gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Felldown throws a push kick but Pacheco slaps the foot to one side.
Pacheco tries to counter by clinching up but Felldown breaks away and moves out of range.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Felldown closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Pacheco did well to prevent Felldown getting side control.
Felldown stops Pacheco from getting back to his feet.
Pacheco tries to get to full guard but Felldown has control of the leg.
Felldown thows a huge punch but Pacheco dodges it nicely.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Felldown is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Pacheco defends it well.
Well, if Felldown is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Felldown looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Eldon Pacheco has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Drunk Felldown .
Felldown shoots in looking for a takedown but Pacheco manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Felldown 's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Pacheco tries to clinch but Felldown moves out of range.

Felldown fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Pacheco is trying to pull guard but Felldown has him pressed against the cage.
Pacheco blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.

Felldown turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Drunk Felldown will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Pacheco tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Felldown paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Drunk Felldown seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nice takedown defense from Felldown . No joy for Pacheco on that attempt.
Felldown tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Pacheco defends well and Felldown ends up having to push Pacheco into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Felldown decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Drunk Felldown has got the better of the ground game so far.

Felldown is taking a breather. Pacheco says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Felldown uses his free foot to push down on Pacheco's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Pacheco.

Felldown takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Felldown works his way to his opponent's back.

So, who will make the next big move? In this position it could be crucial.
Felldown has his opponent trapped and is landing shots. Not a good position for Pacheco.
Felldown controlling the position well here. Pacheco rolled but Felldown kept the hooks locked in and stayed in the dominant position.

Felldown is working the ground and pound. Can Pacheco escape?

Felldown has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Pacheco tries to escape but Felldown has the hooks in and won't let him break free.
Can Pacheco hold on?! Felldown is landing more strikes to his hapless foe.
Felldown slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Felldown 's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Drunk Felldown showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!


No luck with that takedown attempt from Pacheco.

Felldown seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Pacheco wants to sweep here but Felldown controlling him for the moment.

Felldown drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Pacheco manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Felldown has Pacheco in his guard.

Felldown has a closed guard, preventing Pacheco from standing up.
Felldown throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

Felldown seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

Felldown is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Pacheco defends well.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

Felldown throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Pacheco tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Felldown is in Pacheco's guard.

Felldown won't allow Pacheco to sweep him here.
Felldown is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

I would just about give that final round to Drunk Felldown .
Well Felldown has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
