Peeair tries to clinch but Maxwell is having none of it.

Maxwell shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

Maxwell is cranking Peeair's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Peeair! He's tightened the choke and Peeair is tapping out!
