The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Daniel Franklin and Frank Dennis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Quick throws a hook but Howard avoids it easily.
Howard tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Quick closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Quick blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Quick makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.

It looks like Bobby Howard has been cut.
Quick presses Howard against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.

Quick drops Howard onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Howard is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!

Howard is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Quick lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Howard to his knees! Quick keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ricky Quick!
