The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yolden slips a jab and a cross from Gimmerson.
Gimmerson throws a right and a left that both miss.
Gimmerson stuffs the takedown.
Gimmerson misses with a few strikes there.
Gimmerson lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Gimmerson.
It looks like Jeff Yolden has been cut.
Gimmerson has taken the fight to the clinch.
Yolden has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Gimmerson avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Yolden goes for a takedown in the clinch but Gimmerson prevents it.
Bart Gimmerson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jeff Yolden.
A short uppercut from Gimmerson.
Yolden is rocked!
Yolden misses with a knee to the head.
Gimmerson breaks the clinch.
Gimmerson misses with a double jab.
Gimmerson lands an uppercut, right on the button! Yolden tumbles backwards into the cage, staring vacantly into space! He's got no idea where he is, who he is or what day it is... Poor guy.
