Coming up we have a heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Vince Cormeck (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Angelo Peruzzi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Vince Cormeck!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Angelo Peruzzi!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cormeck swinging wildly here.
Peruzzi misses with a two punch combination.

Cormeck throws a right hand that Peruzzi ducks under and follows up with a left that Peruzzi also avoids with ease.
Peruzzi throws an overhand right that lands on Cormeck's shoulder, as Cormeck tries to avoid the shot.

Peruzzi moves into range and clinches up with Cormeck.
Peruzzi lands an uppercut.
Cormeck is trying to break the clinch but Peruzzi has him pressed against the ropes.

Peruzzi's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Cormeck doesn't manage to clinch there - Peruzzi circles away.
Cormeck looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Cormeck bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Cormeck's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Peruzzi connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Cormeck scrambles back to his feet.

Cormeck throws a push kick but Peruzzi slaps the foot to one side.

and Peruzzi cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Cormeck is looking to chop away at Peruzzi's legs.
Peruzzi throws out a counter right but Cormeck avoids it with no problem.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Cormeck steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Peruzzi.
Peruzzi has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Cormeck tries to clinch there but Peruzzi circles away.

Peruzzi lands with a right, followed by a left to the temple and Cormeck goes down! The ref sends Peruzzi to a neutral corner so he can begin the count. 3,4,5,6 and Cormeck is back to his feet. He seems a little groggy but the referee thinks he's OK to continue, so we're back to the action!

Cormeck lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Peruzzi circles away quickly and effectively.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Peruzzi! But no joy.
The fighters circling - Peruzzi throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Cormeck is pinned up against the ropes taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

It seemed like Peruzzi was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Cormeck takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Peruzzi's coach down at Wreckshop was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Peruzzi's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Peruzzi ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

As Peruzzi tries to get set, Cormeck tries to push him back and clinch up but Peruzzi manages to avoid the attempt.

Cormeck closes the distance and scores with a big combo that sends Peruzzi crashing to the mat! Peruzzi uses the ropes to get back to his feet and beat the count. The referee looks concerned but he's going to allow it to continue!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Peruzzi throws a shot from downtown. Cormeck moves away and avoids it.

Cormeck throws a front kick aimed at Peruzzi's knee but Peruzzi avoids it well.
Cormeck will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Peruzzi is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.

Cormeck connects with a crushing straight, right on the bridge of Peruzzi's nose, sending him crumpling to the mat! That's really rocked Peruzzi - is he going to beat the count??? 4,5,6,7,8,9.....10 - he's not made it - this one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:07 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Vince Cormeck!
A very excited looking Vince Cormeck rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
