Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Shovel Knight (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alex Coxall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Knight comes to the cage accompanied by X Gon' Give It To Ya. Shovel Knight could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Alex Coxall's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Trevor Gratis and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Coxall doesn't manage to clinch there - Knight circles away.
Coxall throws a low kick but it's checked well by Knight.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Coxall lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Knight has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Knight and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Knight tries to counter by clinching up but Coxall breaks away and moves out of range.
Coxall looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
An inside leg kick from Knight misses.
Knight lands a jab to the head.
Coxall connects with a leg kick. Knight looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Coxall, right into the meat.
Coxall throws the left hand but Knight avoids the punch easily.
Knight lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Coxall circles away quickly and effectively.
We've been told by Knight's head coaches at LOD: Xtreme MMA that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Coxall thows a left - swing and a miss!
Coxall has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Knight.

Knight has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
Knight controls Coxall momentarily but Coxall frees himself.
Coxall slips nicely into half guard.
Coxall uses his free foot to push down on Knight's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Knight.
Knight is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Coxall can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Knight is looking to escape.

Coxall throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Knight because Coxall loaded up on that one.

Coxall fails to advance to Knight's back.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Shovel Knight will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

and Knight counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

Knight bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Coxall feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Knights jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Coxall lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Oh Knight is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Good leg kick by Coxall there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Coxall seems to have recovered his senses.
Coxall closes the distance and lands a crisp combination that knocks Knight out cold! Knight corner are devastated, head in hands behind our commentary position. Poor guys.
