The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Foles misses with an uppercut
and Doe makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Foles throws a shot from downtown. Doe moves away and avoids it.
Doe throwing a counter right hand but Foles manages to avoid it.
Foles darts in trying to clinch
and Foles takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Foles misses with a body shot.
Nice shot lands for Foles.

It looks like Joe Doe has been cut.
The fight stays on the outside here - Foles looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Foles takes a shot right to the bread basket.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Foles ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Doe moves away.
Doe is looking to counter punch.
Doe fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Foles manages to avoid it.
Doe fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Foles.
Foles throws a body shot but no joy.
Doe lands a body shot.
Foles takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

Doe cracks Foles with a good jab.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Doe lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Foles has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Foles and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Foles throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Foles waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Doe.
Doe throws a jab but it's blocked by Foles.
Foles looks to land a left hand but Doe moved out of range nicely.
Doe takes a swing at Foles's ribcage but misses.
Foles connects with a solid leg kick.
Foles just misses with a punch to the body.
Doe walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Foles checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Doe misses with a body kick.
A clash of legs there as Doe blocks the low kick.
Doe wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.
A leg kick checked by Doe.
Doe cracks Foles with an open hand slap.
Both fighters circling a little - Doe finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Doe fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Foles.
Doe lands a glancing blow to the side of Foles's head.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Foles fakes the leg kick and cracks Doe in the body.
A solid body kick from Doe.
Foles looks winded!

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Foles misses with a hook from the clinch.
Foles misses with an elbow over the top.
Doe stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Doe misses with a hook to the ribs.
Doe lands a right hand.
Doe lands an uppercut.

Foles is rocked!
A short body shot lands from Doe as the two fighters clinch.
Foles is still on wobbly legs! Can Doe finish him?
A short left from Doe.
Doe lands a shoulder strike.
Doe lands a big right hand that drops Foles! The killer instinct kicks in and Doe finishes his opponent with a series of strikes from mount. A dominating finish by Doe!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Joe Doe!
Joe Doe tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
In defeat, Nick Foles stepped up to the mic, saying 'I'll be back!'.
