The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The crowd cheers as Hageman lands an impressive looking overhand right. Truck doesn't seem phased though.
Truck moves away from the strike by Hageman.
Nice straight punches there by Hageman. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Hageman.
Hageman circles away from the clinch attempt
and Hageman counters with a straight right hand.
Truck doesn't manage to clinch there - Hageman circles away.
Truck tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Hageman manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Truck throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Hageman blocks a jab.
Hageman throws a big counter combination but Truck scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Ted Truck seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hageman swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Truck.

Hageman clinches up with Truck and pushes him back against the cage.
Truck tries to throw a body punch but Hageman avoids it by throwing Truck back against the cage.
Hageman lands with a right to the head.

Truck wants to get back to striking at distance but Hageman won't allow it.
Hageman pushes Truck back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Truck tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.

Truck blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Hageman is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Hageman creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Hageman drops Truck onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Truck is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!
