Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Max Debrine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pat Mygroin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Debrine comes to the cage accompanied by The Best. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Pat Mygroin!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Donald Grub and Paul Tew.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Debrine connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Debrine shoots in but Mygroin avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Debrine stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Debrine wants it to stay on the feet.
A head kick misses from Debrine.
Debrine dives in and grabs Mygroin's left leg, looking for a takedown. Mygroin pushes down on Debrine's head and hops out.

Mygroin throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Debrine was covering up waiting for the punch and Mygroin finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Debrine looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Mygroin passes into side control.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Debrine is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Mygroin off and has taken his back!

Mygroin tries to escape but Debrine has the hooks in and won't let him break free.

Mygroin felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Debrine working from the back looking to end the fight with a rear naked choke. Mygroin is doing well to defend. Debrine seems to have got his hand under the chin though and he's sunk the choke in! Mygroin is forced to tap and this one is over!
