Coming up we have a middleweight kickboxing rules bout between Marko Rzic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jonas Valanciunas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Marko Rzic has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 29 - 16 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jonas Valanciunas!
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Paulsen Ambrosius and Saam Ante.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rzic pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Rzic misses with a straight right.
Rzic attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Valanciunas rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Rzic moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Rzic gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Valanciunas throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Valanciunas connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Valanciunas thows a body kick. Rzic tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Rzic ducks under a wild hook from Valanciunas.
Rzic throws a solid leg kick but Valanciunas takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Rzic.
Valanciunas throws a jab when Rzic was well out of range.
Rzic attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
As Rzic backs off Valanciunas throws a huge counter combo but Rzic manages to avoid it all.
Valanciunas misses with a low kick as Rzic jumps back.
Valanciunas misses the shot to the body.
Rzic takes a swing at Valanciunas's ribcage but misses.
Valanciunas fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Rzic on the side of the head.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Valanciunas keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Rzic.
Valanciunas swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Valanciunas takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Rzic takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

Rzic takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Rzic avoids the body shot from Valanciunas.
Rzic uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Valanciunas.
Rzic turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Rzic scores with a nice strike.
Valanciunas fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Rzic manages to avoid it.
Rzic dodges the punch combination from Valanciunas.
Rzic moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Rzic lands with a hook. Valanciunas tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Rzic dips to his left and cracks Valanciunas with an uppercut!

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Rzic. Valanciunas shrugs it off though.
Rzic sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Rzic takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Valanciunas thows a left - swing and a miss!
Valanciunas staying out of range there.
Valanciunas on the wrong end of a nice hook.

A slow jab from Valanciunas misses its intended target.
Rzic uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Valanciunas.
Valanciunas scores with a spinning back kick!
Rzic blocks a head kick by Valanciunas.
Valanciunas looks to score with a jab to the body but Rzic is just out of range.
Rzic has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Valanciunas.
Rzic throws a leg kick that is checked

and Valanciunas counters with a right, a left and a big uppercut that drops Rzic to the mat! Valanciunas runs to a neutral corner to get the count going quickly. 3,4,5,6 and Rzic is back to his feet. He seems ready to continue - the ref agrees so we're back at it!

Rzic is rocked!
Valanciunas lands a monster head kick that reverborates around the arena! The crowd goes wild as Rzic crumples to the floor! Valanciunas milks the crowd's applause and if that isn't knockout of the night, I will be very surprised!
