Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Thanh Fox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pooponmywienie Hurts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A nice inside leg kick there by Fox. That's going to slow Hurts down.
Hurts connects with a looping right hand.

Fox gets tackled into the cage by Hurts. Hurts maintains the clinch.

Hurts has hold of one of Fox's legs. Fox is fighting the takedown attempt but Hurts gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.

Hurts stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Fox to get to his feet.

Fox gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Fox tries to pull guard but Hurts holds him up against the cage and eventually Fox drops back down to his feet.

Hurts has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Fox regains guard immediately.

Fox changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Hurts tries to avoid it but Fox manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Hurts to the ground. Hurts escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Fox manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Hurts keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage.

Hurts manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Fox on his heels. He'll look to pass Fox's guard now, I'm sure.

That was a close second round but I would say that Thanh Fox will probably get the nod.

Hurts closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Hurts takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

Hurts is trying to trip Fox. He has hold of a leg but Fox is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Hurts persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Hurts is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
That kick from Fox tenderised Hurts's leg. Hurts is trying to keep his angry face on.

Hurts wants the takedown. Fox is fighting it off but Hurts persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Fox's guard against the cage.

Fox has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Hurts has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.

And that's the end of the fight!
Thanh Fox showed his dominance in that final round.
I have no idea who won that fight. Let's wait and see whether the judges are as confused as me! Time for a split decision perhaps?!. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
