Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Junior Brandon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Slade Wilson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brandon comes to the cage accompanied by Life Is Beautiful. Wilson is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Hypnotize - The Notorious B.I.G.. This should be fireworks!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Steve Smith and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brandon drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Wilson is looking for a sweep.

Brandon wants to control but Wilson is keeping him busy.

Wilson is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Brandon.
Brandon throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Wilson's waist but Wilson gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Brandon off to one side.
Wilson throws a sloppy head kick and Brandon moves out of range easily.
A little feinted left hand from Brandon on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.

Wilson throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Brandon on the side of the head.

Brandon shoots in looking for a takedown. Wilson tries to sprawl out of it but Brandon keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Wilson manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Brandon dives in and grabs Wilson's left leg, looking for a takedown. Wilson pushes down on Brandon's head and hops out.
Slade Wilson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Brandon shoots in but Wilson avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Horrible takedown attempt by Brandon or perhaps it was just good defense by Wilson, which made it look bad.
Brandon takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

We've been told by Brandon's head coaches at Death Valley Training Facility that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

The crowd cheers as Wilson lands an impressive looking overhand right. Brandon doesn't seem phased though.

Wilson stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Wilson wants it to stay on the feet.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Slade Wilson comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Wilson has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
