Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Manuel Berger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dart Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dart Jones looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Manuel Berger!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dart Jones!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Frank Dennis and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Berger defends it nicely.
Berger has closed the distance and engaged Jones in a clinch.
Berger has hold of one of Jones's legs. Jones is fighting the takedown attempt but Berger gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
Jones wants to get back to his feet but Berger passes into half guard.
Jones wants to control but Berger is keeping busy and won't allow it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Jones on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Berger is controlling the pace.

Berger stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being.

Manuel Berger has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dart Jones.

Berger instigates a clinch.
Berger wants the takedown. Jones is fighting it off but Berger persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Jones's guard against the cage.
Berger is standing up over Jones. Jones looks to escape but Berger dives into side control.
Berger has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Jones misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Jones has Berger up against the cage in a clinch.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Jones is defending well against a takedown attempt.
Berger pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Jones tries to land a leg kick but Berger saw it coming and moves away.
It looked like Berger was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Berger throws a nice outside leg kick.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Berger clinches up with Jones and pushes him back against the cage.
Berger pulls guard.
Berger keeping full guard, as Jones tries to pass.
Jones must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Berger pulls Jones in to control the position.
Berger is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Jones presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.
Berger tries to score a body lock takedown but Jones shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Berger gets control of Jones's arms and successfully pulls guard. Berger will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Berger manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.
Berger pulls guard effortlessly.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Berger is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Jones is looking to improve his position.
Berger working over Jones with some ground and pound. Jones looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
Jones wants to stand back up but Berger manages to pass into side control.
Berger controlling the position.
Berger is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Jones looks calm but he's in trouble here. Berger gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Jones is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Berger lets go of the hold and Jones can pop his arm back in it's socket.
