Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Satoshi Tanahashi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Avila Alvarez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tanahashi comes into the arena with Blood Stain Child - Stargazer blaring out of the sound system. Alvarez is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Barbarian by The Darkness. Avila Alvarez acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Steve Smith and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alvarez has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Tanahashi.
Tanahashi is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Alvarez.
Alvarez dives in and grabs Tanahashi's left leg, looking for a takedown. Tanahashi pushes down on Alvarez's head and hops out.
Alvarez will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
