Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brant Mcmahon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Randy Ortiz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mcmahon looks for a takedown but Ortiz sprawls well.

Ortiz seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Mcmahon does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Ortiz looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Mcmahon postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Ortiz is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Mcmahon, into his guard.

Ortiz is working Mcmahon over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Brant Mcmahon.
Well Ortiz has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
