The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Murphy on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Murphy takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Murphy throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Cheek's waist but Cheek gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Murphy off to one side.
Cheek lands a jab to the head.

Cheek comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Cheek scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Cheek connects with a right hand. Murphy shakes it off.

and Cheek counters with a nice body shot.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Cheek drops Murphy with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Murphy! Cheek dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
