The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shiet throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Austin half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Shiet swinging wildly here.
Austin is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Shiet.
Shiet uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Austin.
And Shiet tries to counter it with a takedown but Austin pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Shiet misses with a wild combination.
As Shiet tries to get set, Austin tries to push him back and clinch up but Shiet manages to avoid the attempt.

and Austin moves into the clinch.
Austin tries to throw a body punch but Shiet avoids it by throwing Austin back against the cage.

Austin drags the fight down to the ground.
Shiet wants to control from the top but Austin keeps moving.

Shiet wants to stand up but Austin has a hold of him and won't allow it.
Austin is looking to get back to full guard here but Shiet has managed to pass to side control instead.

Austin is trying to drag Shiet to the mat but Shiet just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Austin is looking to counter the offense by Shiet and move into the clinch.

Austin wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.

Shiet drops Austin with a right and a left! Shiet comes rushing in but Austin regains his composure and manages to keep Shiet in guard.

Shiet wants to control from the top but Austin keeps moving.
Oh Austin is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Austin wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Shiet is now in half guard.
Shiet is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Austin is hurt! He's hurt bad - Shiet fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Austin from any more punishment! Congratulations to Shiet! Great finish!
