The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Duffy loads up on a big right hand but Anderson slips the punch.
A combination from Duffy does no damage.
Anderson slips a jab from Duffy.
Anderson tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Anderson should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Anderson avoids the head kick by Duffy.
Duffy throws a head kick that misses.
Duffy throws a nice looking combination but Anderson bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Duffy throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Anderson changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
We've been told by Duffy's head coaches at Bi-Polar Asylum LV's #1 Public Training Center that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Anderson slips a jab and a cross from Duffy.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Duffy throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Duffy rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Anderson moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Duffy misses with a series of wild punches.
And Anderson tries to counter it with a takedown but Duffy pushes his down on his head and steps out.

Anderson dodges the punch combination from Duffy.
Duffy thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Anderson if he has to take too many more of those.
Duffy lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Duffy.

It looks like Craig Anderson has been cut.
Duffy gets off balance looking for a body kick

and Anderson decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Duffy's guard.

Anderson thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Duffy is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Anderson is controlling him.

Anderson is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Duffy is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Duffy has escaped and now he's on top!

Anderson looking for a guillotine here but Duffy defends easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Anderson had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Duffy defends it easily.
Duffy wanted to stand there but Anderson had control of the position.

Anderson has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Duffy doesn't defend quickly enough and Anderson has managed to lock this one up! Can Duffy escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Anderson on a fantastic submission victory.
