Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Filiberto Duke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johny Creed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Filiberto Duke!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Johny Creed!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Colin Fotheringham and Paul Tew.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Creed looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Duke!
Creed wants to control but Duke is keeping him busy.

Creed tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Creed has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Duke is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Creed asserts his dominance and retains side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

Creed tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Creed in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time.
Duke might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Creed wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Duke, who protects the arm well.
Duke sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.

Creed is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Duke sees it coming and defends easily.

Duke manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Creed keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage.

Duke has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Creed has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Duke is trying to keep an underhook but Creed manages to get the takedown into half guard.

Creed is working for a submission of some sort.
Creed looks winded!
Duke is refusing to be controlled, as Creed sits in half guard.
Duke gets back to full guard.
Creed passes Duke's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round.

Creed is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Creed is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Duke wants to improve his position but Creed is controlling well.
Duke is trying to stand.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Creed is just content to waste time from the top position. Duke takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.
Creed wants to control from the top but Duke keeps moving.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Johny Creed dominated that round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!


Duke wants to clinch but Creed slips to the side

so Creed counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Creed stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Duke swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Creed stops Duke from standing up.

Duke pushes Creed off and scrambles back to his feet.

Duke instigates a clinch.

Creed wants the takedown. Duke is fighting it off but Creed persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Duke's guard against the cage.

Duke has his hands on Creed's head, controlling the position.
Creed won't allow Duke to get back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Creed might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Duke haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
Duke is looking to stand up but Creed isn't so interested in that idea.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Creed avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Duke shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Duke knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Creed on the ground.

Creed had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Duke defends it easily.

Creed is looking for a triangle but Duke pushes his legs off easily.
Creed is breathing heavily.
Duke wanted to stand there but Creed had control of the position.

Creed escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Duke gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Duke tries to stand but Creed is controlling from the bottom.

Duke is sitting in close to Creed's body. Creed has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Duke is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Duke is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Creed.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:33 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Johny Creed!
