Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Novak Strasur (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimmy Bowie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Novak Strasur has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, George Francis and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Bowie shoots in for a takedown but Strasur shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Bowie feints and as Strasur raises his hands in defense, Bowie changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Strasur wants to get back to his feet but Bowie passes into half guard.
Bowie drops an elbow to the side of Strasur's head.
Bowie thows a huge punch but Strasur dodges it nicely.
Bowie seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Bowie is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Strasur is just riding it out for now. Bowie eventually gives up the hold.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Bowie lands a nice short elbow.

Bowie has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at Kalashnikov MMA Gym ($500/Week - Elite Coaching. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.
Bowie is nestled in close to Strasur, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Strasur is trying to stand up here but Bowie is controlling him well.

Bowie wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Strasur, who protects the arm well.
Strasur wants to get back to his feet but Bowie drags him back down.
Bowie thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Strasur takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
Strasur is looking to get back to his feet here but Bowie is keeping cool and he's managed to take Strasur's back.
