Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Warren Wynn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Joyce (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Joyce gets a takedown into half guard.
Wynn is looking to improve his position.
Joyce throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.

Wynn kicks off Joyce and gets to his feet.

Wynn gets caught napping as Joyce dives in and scores a takedown. Wynn manages to retain guard.

Wynn pushes Joyce off and gets back to his feet.

Joyce closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Wynn to the mat! Wynn manages to get full guard.

Wynn has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Joyce off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.

James Joyce seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Joyce shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.

Wynn manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Joyce keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage.

Wynn could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Wynn is fighting off a takedown attempt but Joyce is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Wynn to the mat. Wynn regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Wynn tightens his grip and picks Joyce up, before dumping him to the ground. Joyce manages to land in guard.

Joyce wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

Joyce has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Wynn uses from the top position.

Wynn manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.

That's time! Wynn's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Joyce feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Wynn has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Joyce has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.
