The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Daniel Franklin and Dirk Anderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ilram is trying hard to land a takedown here. Bunks sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
A left and a right from Ilram both land. Nice combination.
Bunks shoots in and gets a takedown into Ilram's guard.
Ilram is looking for a triangle but Bunks pushes his legs off easily.
Bunks in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Bunks lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Bunks got a little sloppy there for a moment and Ilram has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Bunks has managed to get both his arms back between Ilram's legs - danger averted.

Bunks in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
Ilram tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Bunks wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Bunks looks up at the clock and then as Ilram takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Bunks smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

Ilram tries to buck Bunks off but Bunks is having none of it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Ilram takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
Ilram tries to get back to half guard but can't.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Bunks lands an elbow.
Bunks works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.

Bunks is putting a hurting on Ilram here, landing some big shots from side control.

Oh Ilram is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Ilram wants to control but Bunks postures up.
Bunks connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Ilram some visible discomfort.

Bunks scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Ilram is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Bunks can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!
