The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kimura looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Kimura closes the distance and clinches up with Mcgregor , looking for a takedown. Kimura pushes Mcgregor against the cage but Mcgregor circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Mcgregor has Kimura up against the cage in a clinch.
Kimura tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Mcgregor smiles and moves away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kumamoto Kimura. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Mcgregor lands a brutal uppercut that launches Kimura off his feet! Kimura tumbles to the floor, barely conscious - the referee jumps in to save him from a beating! Wow, what an ending!
