The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oliveira is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Battle pushes Oliveira away with a front kick.
Battle throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Battle swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Oliveira changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
Battle misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Oliveira.
Both fighters circling a little - Battle finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Oliveira is breathing heavily.
Battle ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Oliveira moves away.
Oliveira keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Oliveira throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Battle! Oliveira is out on his feet! Battle rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Oliveira is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Oliveira is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
