Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Nebojsa Mihattovic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Squiggy Squirrelly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mihattovic comes to the cage accompanied by Geto Boys - Still. On his way into the cage it seems that Nebojsa Mihattovic has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Nebojsa Mihattovic seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Squirrelly fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Mihattovic.
Squirrelly throws a head kick but Mihattovic moves out of range.
Mihattovic appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.
Squirrelly throws a jab when Mihattovic was well out of range.

We've been informed that Squirrelly has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Squirrelly fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Mihattovic manages to avoid it.

Mihattovic fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Squirrelly avoids it really well and circles away.
Mihattovic dives in and grabs Squirrelly's left leg, looking for a takedown. Squirrelly pushes down on Mihattovic's head and hops out.

Squirrelly throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Squirrelly throws a solid leg kick but Mihattovic takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Squirrelly.
Squirrelly stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Squirrelly wants it to stay on the feet.

Mihattovic uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Squirrelly.
Mihattovic closes the distance and clinches up with Squirrelly, looking for a takedown. Mihattovic pushes Squirrelly against the cage but Squirrelly circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Mihattovic has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Squirrelly.
No luck for Mihattovic with that takedown attempt.
It seemed like Squirrelly was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

Squirrelly throws a head kick but Mihattovic moves out of range.
Mihattovic throws a big counter combination but Squirrelly scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.

and Squirrelly counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Mihattovic shoots in for a double leg but Squirrelly sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Squirrelly lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

and Squirrelly counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Mihattovic on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Squirrelly fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Mihattovic has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Mihattovic closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Mihattovic is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.

Squirrelly connects with a leg kick. Mihattovic looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Mihattovic closes the distance and clinches up with Squirrelly, looking for a takedown. Mihattovic pushes Squirrelly against the cage but Squirrelly circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Squirrelly lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Squirrelly is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Mihattovic had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.

Oh Mihattovic is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
The fighters circle, before Squirrelly throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Mihattovic's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Squirrelly lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
