Beer has chosen Hostile Mass as his entrance music. Blatz Beer is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Beer tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but slice swivels and escapes.

slice darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

Beer is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but slice pulls his head out easily.

slice swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Beer is now in slice's guard. A big mistake from slice there, giving up the dominant position!

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. slice connects with a nice short shot to Beer's temple.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Beer lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for slice!

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

It looks like Raymond slice has been cut.
Beer fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

Beer is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, slice has managed to escape the submission attempt.

With the two fighters working up against the cage, Beer just misses with a elbow thrown towards slice's brow.

and slice counters with a single leg into guard. Beer didn't expect that.

Beer has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but slice can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

slice drops back, looking for a kneebar! Beer looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Beer looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Beer!
