Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jackson Bishop (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Baal Thackeray (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bishop kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is From Ashes to New - I Will Show You. Baal Thackeray told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thackeray lands a leg kick that knocks Bishop off balance momentarily.

Bishop has taken the fight to the clinch.
Thackeray wants to break free but Bishop has control.

Bishop ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Bishop no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Thackeray pushes Bishop back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

Bishop moves in looking to clinch but Thackeray pushes him off.

I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! Thackeray has cracked Bishop with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! Thackeray lands another huge swinging hook and Bishop tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Bishop, before Thackeray can land any more shots!

Baal Thackeray decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
