Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Thurman Coleman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Super White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Thurman Coleman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Super White!
The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Aleksandr Martynov and Dmitry Maklakov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Coleman gets caught flat footed, as White shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
White stays in close to Coleman's body and controls the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Coleman is trying to control the position from the bottom.
White wants to control from the top but Coleman keeps moving.
Coleman is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Coleman escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. White gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Coleman looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

Coleman wants to improve his position but instead White has moved into half guard.
White is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
Coleman really is a fat lump.
Coleman keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
White lands with a punch from half guard.
Coleman tries to roll over but White keeps him under control.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Coleman actively working from the bottom here.

White stands up out of the half guard.

White drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Coleman is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Coleman might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
White trying to control but Coleman is working from the bottom.
White slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

White tries to free his leg and advance position but Coleman is retaining full guard.
White looking to sit in guard and control but Coleman gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

White isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Coleman stacks White on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Coleman!

Coleman goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, White rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Coleman's guard! Nice work there by White!
White trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Coleman is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
White sitting in guard here, content to control.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!



White closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Coleman's guard.
White content to stall in guard here.
Coleman tries to land a sweep but no joy.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
White postures up.
White wants to pass the guard but Coleman is keeping the position.
White trying to control the position from guard on top but Coleman is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Coleman is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
White trying to control but Coleman is working from the bottom.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

White bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Coleman regains half guard there - taking advantage of White's attempt to lay and pray for a moment.
White seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Coleman does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Coleman is trying to maintain the position but White is very close to passing his half guard.
Coleman slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
White trying to control the position from guard on top but Coleman is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
White is looking to stand up but Coleman won't let him.

We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
White looking to sit in guard and control but Coleman gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

White has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

White looking to hit a scissor sweep but Coleman is one step ahead there.
Coleman throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
White is trying to control the position from the bottom.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Coleman trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

White throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Coleman tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. White is in Coleman's guard.

Coleman is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and White defends well.
White slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
White has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Coleman is proving hard to escape from.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close second round but Super White will probably get the nod - 10:9.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!



White shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
White is taking a breather. Coleman says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

White not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Coleman wants to clinch.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

White feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Coleman has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. White is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.
Coleman changes levels and goes for a takedown here. White fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Coleman controls White momentarily but White frees himself.
The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for White. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.

Coleman is striking off his back. White thinks nothing of it though and passes easily into half guard.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
White is thwarting Coleman's attempts to control the position.
White trying to pass the guard but Coleman defending well.
Coleman wants to sweep but White has passed to side control!
Coleman is looking to reverse the position.
Thurman Coleman has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Super White is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

Coleman takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.

And that's the end of the fight!
Super White comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well White has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

A less than humble Super White misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
