Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Winston Alpacca and Dirk Anderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jouvanovic shoots in for a takedown but Adame shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
A quick step to the side and Adame tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Jouvanovic misses with a takedown
and Adame counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Adame.
Adame tightens his grip and picks Jouvanovic up, before dumping him to the ground. Jouvanovic manages to land in guard.
Adame postures up.
Adame definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Adame stopping the sweep attempt from Jouvanovic.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Adame sitting in guard, not really doing much.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Adame stands up from Jouvanovic's guard - Adame perhaps looking for a knockout.

Jouvanovic fails with the takedown.

Adame closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Adame lands in his opponent's guard.
Adame prevents Jouvanovic from getting back to his feet.

Jouvanovic really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Adame. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

and Adame counters by moving into the clinch.

Jouvanovic breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Jouvanovic is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Adame dives into side control.

Adame has control of an arm but Jouvanovic manages to advance to Adame's back!
Adame tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell!
Adame regains half guard.
Adame is working on a guillotine. He's managed to get to full guard and he's really squeezing tight! Jouvanovic is tapping! Great win for Adame!
