The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zaets shoots in for a double leg but Seltzer sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Seltzer has taken the fight to the clinch.
Zaets trying to control the position but instead, Seltzer has worked for underhooks and has pushed Zaets into the ropes.
Seltzer throws a knee to the head but misses.
Seltzer tries to land a knee to the head but Zaets blocks with his arms.
Seltzer scores a nice knee to the body.
Zaets looks gassed!

Seltzer breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Zaets drops his hands momentarily and Seltzer needs no second invitation. He sets himself and throws a perfect high kick, that clips Zaets just on the top of the head. Zaets drops like a sack of potatoes to the canvas, out cold! Oooooooh yeah! Stick a fork in Zaets - he's done!
