The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and Murphy counters with a nice double leg into side control. Georges won't be happy with that.

Georges tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Murphy wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Murphy drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Georges manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Murphy has Georges in his guard.

Georges got a little sloppy there for a moment and Murphy has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Georges has managed to get both his arms back between Murphy's legs - danger averted.
