Coming up we have a welterweight kickboxing rules bout between Ryan Quinn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Veera Yut Somchai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Quinn comes to the ring accompanied by Calm Like A Bomb by Rage Against the Machine. Somchai has chosen Muay Thai Step as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Quinn throws a wild body kick that Somchai sees coming a mile off.
Somchai looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Quinn is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Somchai keeps Quinn at a distance using the push kick.
Somchai lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Quinn misses with a straight left.
Somchai throws a head kick that Quinn semi-blocks.

It looks like Ryan Quinn has been cut.
Somchai throws a body punch but Quinn moves out of range.
Quinn keeps the fight on the outside.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Quinn. Somchai shrugs it off though.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Somchai fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Quinn manages to avoid it.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Somchai unloads a knee to the mid-section. Quinn lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.

Ryan Quinn's cut is getting worse.

Quinn pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
A slapping body kick lands there for Somchai.
Quinn is breathing heavily.
Somchai punishes Quinn's body with a nice straight punch.
Quinn takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Somchai scores with a nice head shot.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Crunch! Somchai slams his shin into Quinn's torso.
Quinn walks into a left hand.

Quinn is rocked!
Somchai lands the left hand.
Oh Quinn is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Ryan Quinn's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Boom! Somchai lands a massive head kick that sends Quinn crashing into the ropes, followed by a classic face plant on the canvas! He's up to his knees but he's not going to beat the count - this one is all over! Somchai is jumping around like a lunatic, extatic with the win!

In his post fight interview, Veera Yut Somchai started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
