The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barnes throws a right and a left that Spirit Detonator avoids nicely.
Spirit Detonator uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Barnes.
Barnes tries to clinch there but Spirit Detonator circles away.
Barnes throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Spirit Detonator on the side of the head.

Roger Barnes seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Spirit Detonator ducks under a wild hook from Barnes.
Barnes sizes up Spirit Detonator with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Barnes fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Spirit Detonator, pushing him back against the cage.
Spirit Detonator prevents a takedown attempt there.

Barnes breaks the clinch.
Barnes lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Spirit Detonator lunges at Barnes with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Barnes's hand.
Spirit Detonator definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Spirit Detonator jabs Barnes to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Barnes misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Barnes throws a predictable looking body shot

and Spirit Detonator counters with a crisp right hand that drops Barnes! Spirit Detonator lets Barnes back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
