Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Earnest Zimmerman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Naruto Uzumaki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Uzumaki throws a sloppy head kick

and Zimmerman counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Uzumaki!
Uzumaki tries to bench press Zimmerman off him but Zimmerman keeps the position.

Zimmerman is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Uzumaki has escaped the position, nice work there.

Uzumaki bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!

Zimmerman's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Zimmerman drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Zimmerman jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Uzumaki has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Zimmerman is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Uzumaki.

Zimmerman seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Uzumaki does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Zimmerman looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Uzumaki with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

Zimmerman is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Uzumaki doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Zimmerman.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

Uzumaki throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Zimmerman was covering up waiting for the punch and Uzumaki finishes the takedown easily into guard.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Zimmerman is on top in guard.

Uzumaki has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Zimmerman can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Zimmerman connects with a nice short shot to Uzumaki's temple.

Zimmerman slips a nice elbow through Uzumaki's hands, connecting with Uzumaki's forehead.
