Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Doug Funnie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Seun Adedji (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Funnie comes into the arena with Doug Theme Song blaring out of the sound system. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

That was a close round but I would say that Doug Funnie will probably get the nod.

Funnie has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ.

Seun Adedji seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Funnie feints with a jab and clips Adedji right behind the ear with a massive overhand right! Adedji is sent crashing into the canvas and Funnie leaps in for the kill! Adedji tries to get to his feet but Funnie is just battering him from every conceivable angle. The ref decides that Adedji is in need of a savior and steps in!

Doug Funnie decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
