Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Captain Boromir and Sergei Kaspov. Boromir's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Møme – Aloha. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the super heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 21 wins, 15 losses and 0 draws, fighting out of London, Captain Boromir!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 24 wins, 15 losses and 0 draws, fighting out of Los Angeles, Sergei Kaspov!
The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Kenichi Hosakawa and Shigeki Fujiwara.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kaspov bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Boromir's head backwards.
Boromir missing with a left hand there. Kaspov was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Boromir jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Kaspov has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Kaspov there as he acknowledges the shot.

Boromir gets caught napping as Kaspov dives in and scores a takedown. Boromir manages to retain guard.

Boromir kicks Kaspov off and gets to his feet.
Boromir buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Kaspov throws a head kick that misses.
A quick step to the side and Boromir tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Kaspov tries a head kick but it misses.
Boromir looks to land a right hand but Kaspov moved out of range.
Kaspov throws an off balance right hand
and Boromir counters with a nice uppercut.
Kaspov with a poor takedown
and Boromir counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Boromir uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Kaspov.
Kaspov misses with a jab, cross combination.
Boromir is looking to score with low kicks.
Boromir throws a leg kick but Kaspov moved away.
And Kaspov tries to counter it with a takedown but Boromir pushes his down on his head and steps out.
A solid leg kick lands there for Boromir.
Kaspov lands a slapping body shot.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Boromir tries to bum rush Kaspov with a series of wild strikes but Kaspov uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Kaspov throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Boromir.
Boromir lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Kaspov circles away quickly and effectively.
Boromir keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Kaspov throws a sloppy head kick
and Boromir counters with a three punch combo that has Kaspov backing up. Kaspov nods at Boromir to acknowledge the strikes.
No joy there for Kaspov, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Kaspov.
Boromir moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Boromir throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Kaspov has a takedown stuffed.
Captain Boromir has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sergei Kaspov.
A jab lands there for Boromir.
Boromir fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Boromir lands with a hook. Kaspov tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Sergei Kaspov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kaspov misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Boromir connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Boromir displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Kaspov.
Boromir dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Kaspov looks winded!
Boromir connects with a body shot that sends Kaspov's belly button to the back.
Boromir scores with a jab to the jaw.
Kaspov with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Boromir to score with a decent uppercut.

Boromir feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Kaspov sprawling to the canvas! Kaspov rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Boromir finish him?!

Kaspov is rocked!

It looks like Sergei Kaspov has been cut.
Boromir fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Kaspov looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Kaspov is still on wobbly legs! Can Boromir finish him?
Kaspov walks right into a perfectly timed right hook and goes down hard! He's out cold! The ref cradles Kaspov limp body while Boromir jumps on to the cage and waves to the roaring crowd. Wow that was just a brutal knockout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Captain Boromir!
Captain Boromir retains his super heavyweight title!
Captain Boromir was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
