Clasie has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Rewell. Clasie shrugs it off though.
Clasie lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Clasie displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Rewell throws out the jab.

Rewell lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

It looks like Marcel Clasie has been cut.
Rewell throws a big shot that misses.
Clasie takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

and Rewell counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Rewell throws a leg kick that is checked
and Clasie counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Rewell has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Clasie bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Rewell loads up on a big right hand but Clasie slips the punch.
Clasie goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Rewell throws a series of punches but Clasie avoids them all with ease.
Rewell throws a nice inside leg kick.
Rewell fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Clasie manages to avoid it.
Rewell misses the shot to the body.
Clasie steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Rewell.

Clasie looks winded!
Rewell fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Clasie has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Clasie ducks under a wild hook from Rewell.
Rewell lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Rewell throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
A combination from Clasie does no damage.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

and Rewell counters with a crisp right hand that drops Clasie! Rewell lets Clasie back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

Clasie is still on wobbly legs! Can Rewell finish him?
Rewell lunges in with a left hook that violently twists Clasie head around and knocks him out cold! Rewell hops onto the cage and yells out at the top of his lungs - Yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaah! They're showing the replay on the big screens now; that was nasty! I hope one of the photographers got a good shot of it.
