Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jeffrey Will (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Napoleon Bonaparte (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Will's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Cheeseburger In Paradise. Napoleon Bonaparte will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 6 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Jeffrey Will!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Napoleon Bonaparte!
The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Winston Alpacca and Peter Branson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Bonaparte!


It looks like Jeffrey Will has been cut.
Will jabs Bonaparte right on the nose. Bonaparte blinks but takes it well.
Bonaparte swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Will fails with an attempt to clinch.
Bonaparte scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Bonaparte jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Bonaparte throws a nice looking combination but Will bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Will tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Bonaparte looks to throw the jab but Will is out of range.
Bonaparte swats away the attempt to clinch by Will.
Bonaparte avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Bonaparte is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.

Will shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Bonaparte is trying to defend but Will finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Bonaparte makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!

Will tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Bonaparte counters with a one-two to the body.
We've been hearing reports that Will has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Will shoots in looking for a takedown. Bonaparte tries to sprawl out of it but Will keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Bonaparte manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Bonaparte has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.

Will is trying to push Bonaparte away but Bonaparte has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.

Bonaparte tries to break free but Will pushes him back against the cage.
Bonaparte lands with a right to the head.
Bonaparte is pushing Will up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.

Bonaparte lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Will backwards.
Come on Bonaparte - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Bonaparte drops Will onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Will is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!


Jeffrey Will's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Bonaparte stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Bonaparte lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Bonaparte is working Will over against the cage.

Bonaparte pushes Will against the cage. Bonaparte is working some dirty boxing. Bonaparte pushes off with a quick right hook! Will goes down! Will tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Bonaparte moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!
